Design & Development

As a result Asian Steel Forge is in constant touch with the recent developments and Software and Asian Steel Forge has made substantial investment in Capita Equipments, engineers work hand in hand with our customers’ Engineers to see each project through to successful completion and lay emphasis on keeping the production cost to the minimum.
The Auto Cad & Solid Work software with devoted team of Engineers ensures that the CFT is effective and all developments are First Time Right. The in house Research and Development is expected to help further on the requirments of our customers and their application. The continuous Value Engineering helps in product cost competitiveness.

Tool Room Facility
Our Forging unit is completely integrated with our own In-house Die & Fixture Making. This offers greater flexibility & shortens our lead time for New Part Development.
All Die blocks are sourced from reputed manufacturers with no compromise on quality & offers greater Die life for our production. We have fully equipped Tool Room with comprises 2 VMC along with other supporting machines
Cutting Facility
Cutting: Bandsaw Machines : 4 Nos.
Shearing Machines : 2 Nos.
Forgings
We have Belt drop hammers to forge parts weighing 1 kg to 50 Kg* (* Depending on job profile)
Forging infrastructure:
Drop Hammers: 3 Ton – 01, 1.5 Ton – 01, 1 Ton – 02
Friction Screw Presses : 100 Ton -01, 300 Ton – 01
Equipped with Induction Billet Heaters
Heat Treatment
In House Facility of Normalizing, Hard & Temper, ISO thermal annealing.
